Various confidential services, with or without appointment, for young people 12 to 25 years old and their families.
* Listening, support and follow-up by telephone, remotely, on-site or off-site (home, school, work).
* Workshops: self-esteem, substance abuse, work-study balance, relationships, sexual orientation, lifestyle habits, nutrition and more.
* Team available: nurse, psychosocial counsellors, kinesiologists, nutritionists, sexologist.
* Youth committee: co-development of services by and for young people, involvement in local events and more.
* Partnerships with the community.
* Routine examinations and health care.
* Psychosocial services.
* Sexual health clinic.
* Exchanges: health and sexual identity, conflict or violence in the environment, bullying, school failure, addictions and others.
* Screening for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI).
* Information, prevention and awareness.
* Referrals to other resources.
